L.A.

We are home safe, and we had a wonderful time. I will soon show you many pictures and tell you stories about our great time. But I have a lot of pictures to go through, plus many of them are on Tanya's or Trav's mom's camera, so we need to get them all together. Anyway, here is one picture of Trav and I killing of the bad guys on the Buzz Light Year ride!! (we rode it only once on the last day when it was slow and it was great) You'll notice the scare..... Yeah I lost, but I was beating him at first for a while! Until he learned you could aim.

My wonderful hubby

It's Valentine's Day, as we all know. I'd just like to tell you how much I love my hubby. One of my favorite parts of the day is when I partially open my eyes in the morning, sleepy and groggy, and I roll over and snuggle with Travis. It's crazy how it still seems to kind of surprise me that he's in my bed. I mean our bed. I love the little things he does for me, and how he is so grounded. He reminds me all the time of what we can and can't afford, which is a good thing. I love him most in groups settings, when his face lights up when talking to a friend, and especially when there is no computer around to distract him. Then I can have his undivided attention, which is much appreciated, and very valuable. Because I just love spending time with him!
Happy Valentine's Day, Hubby!!! I love more now than ever!

Christmas in February

It was so nice to spend a few days with our whole family all together. The cabin was nice and big, there was good food, enough beds for everyone, and the kids were well behaved. Most of the time. The guys, on the other hand, were filled with gas most of the time. I think I did pretty good skiing with mom, and Travis had a wonderful time going hardcore snowboarding with the guys. I took some pictures of the kids sledding, and also some pictures of some bighorn sheep! We saw two on the side of the road in the ditch, so we pulled over and saw about 50 more in the woods!! They ran right past us, and I could almost reach out and touch them. That was the first time I was so close to big wildlife. I was glad my big strong hunter dad was right there. So CHECK THEM OUT!
